On this course you can learn to make your own real fresh pasta following ancient Italian traditions using flour, eggs and other ingredients. Under the expert guidance of a multilingual chef, you will learn how to make pasta, both using a rolling pin and a pasta machine. You will make three different types of pasta with three different sauces and a typical Italian dessert. The course will be followed by lunch with the dishes you have prepared, accompanied by a good Tuscan wine and a fun and friendly atmosphere.

Lorenzo, the church of Medicis Family, are located. Shortly after the arrival of the First Fleet in 1788 Governor Arthur Phillip established Parramatta as a market town to supply fresh produce to the settlement at Sydney Cove. Shortly after the arrival of the First Fleet in 1788 Governor Arthur Phillip established Parramatta as a market town to supply fresh produce to the settlement at Sydney Cove. Depart New York East through the borough of Queens leaving the hustle and bustle of the big city behind. We begin to appreciate why the rich and famous chose to make Long Island their own personal playground when the scenery transforms from tall buildings to magnificent landscaping and gorgeous flowers in the springtime.
We stop at Riverhead for a warm and typical country breakfast, and then continue East we pass the Long Island Duck before arriving to the famous Southampton where residents such as Jerry Seinfeld, Paris Hilton, David Letterman, Steven Spielberg and others have made it their home. This is definitely the place to see and be seen.
We start our tour strolling down the picturesque main street, before heading down through the historical area the harbor and along ocean drive, passing some of the homes of the rich and famous along the way. After we have had our fill of the rich and famous we continue to Sag Harbor a picturesque and quaint town that invites its visitors to enjoy the unique atmosphere. Take your time to tour the harbor and see the yachts that are the toys of the rich, then stop at the antique stores or the old world shops for some real bargains.
After lunch we head West towards the Tanger Outlets where we pick up our mall goodies and then explore the stores.
In the late afternoon we arrive at our hotel in riverside After a short rest we head out to the beachfront of Westhampton one of the local meccas of nightlife.
Stroll along the beach, enjoy a relaxing dinner at one of the many restaurants along the beachfront or try some celebrity spotting at the local nightclubs.

Next Stop Macari Vineyards, here we enjoy a wine discussion and tasting with one of the true experts from Macari, we can learn how they are on the cutting edge of viticulture and is dedicated to a more natural approach to wine making. Joseph Macari, Jr. is recognized as a pioneer in the movement towards organic and sustainable farming.
Macari's airy Tasting Room and Winery is open for the public to enjoy. An architectural beauty, designed by Carol DiCicco-Vinci.While visiting the winery's tasting area, take in the spectacular vineyard views off the beautiful stone and timber deck.
After a short break we continue to Martha Clara where we enjoy a picnic lunch together with our tasting,this is one of the oldest and respected wineries in Long Island winning awards annually for the last 10 years.
After lunch we head West towards the Tanger Outlets where we pick up our mall goodies and find your own bargain with brand name stores for less. In the late afternoon we will depart west for an evening arrival in New York.
